Young African Great Mind (YAGM) is a registered non-governmental, youth-led organization established in 2016 in Tamale, Northern Ghana. Our mission is to empower, equip, and inspire African youth to realize their full potential and lead transformational change across the continent.
Driven by the belief that young minds build great nations, YAGM provides platforms and opportunities for young people to succeed in diverse fields — from education, entrepreneurship, leadership, and agriculture, to technology, innovation, and community development.

Success Motivation
A powerful mentorship and inspiration program where youth engage with captains of industry, role models, and thought leaders. Held in 6 regions and 8 strategic locations in Ghana.
Read to Lead Campaign
Delivering books to children in underserved rural schools — many receiving their first personal books — and restocking libraries to promote literacy and a culture of reading.
Girls Flow Free
Distributing reusable sanitary pads to adolescent girls in rural areas, promoting menstrual hygiene and empowering young girls to stay in school.
Back to School Campaign
Providing learning materials to students in marginalized communities, giving them the tools and motivation to return to school and succeed.
BECE Project
Supporting over 400 students from low-income families during the pandemic with math sets and academic guidance to help shape their future paths.
The LEAD Project
Leadership. Entrepreneurship. Advocacy. Development. A continent-wide program to instill positive values and build the capacity of young leaders through seminars and workshops.
